Michney Receives Honorable Mention From the Urban History Association

Assistant Professor Todd Michney was awarded an Honorable Mention for the Urban History Association’s Arnold Hirsch Award for Best Article in a Scholarly Journal published in 2020. 

The article, “New Perspectives on New Deal Housing Policy: Explicating and Mapping HOLC Loans to African Americans,” was co-written with LaDale Winling at Virginia Tech and appeared in the Journal of Urban History January 2020 issue.
