Overview

Kenneth L. Bernard is the Network Support Engineer for the Center for Advanced Communications Policy. He provides desktop support for the entire CACP staff. Mr. Bernard has extensive experience developing and managing the implementation of local area networks, wide area networks, X3D systems, automation, and neural networks. Mr. Bernard is passionate about implementing complex virtual online communities with database structures and remote administration with smart efficient storage solutions. Formerly with International Business Machines, Ken supports various hardware and network architectures/topologies. He provides technical support and troubleshooting for all Dell systems, including installation of both new hardware and software packages. Ken believes in exemplary customer support and satisfaction and demands no less.
