Alice is a MS student in the School of History and Sociology at Georgia Tech. In 2015, she earned her BA in two interdisciplinary majors at the University of Pennsylvania: Health & Societies and Biological Basis of Behavior. It was from her Health & Societies coursework where she cultivated an interest in examining the different socio-historical components of health. Her current research interests include history and sociology of medicine, gender and feminist studies, science and technology studies, and the ways in which different social groups understood bodies, diseases, and the natural world.
